My Sandisk 4Tb 2 month old SSD was kept away for almost 3 weeks after last use. When attempting to connect to it now, I am unable to detect the SSD anymore on my Mac (Disk Utility) or Windows (Disk Management). Although the LED indicator on the SSD turns on when the USB-C is connected, but the drive is never read. Request help to detect my SSD and recover data inside it and transfer to my laptop.

I have a Ubiquity Dream Machine Server on site. It won’t reboot so I need someone to come on site to restart it. Since I am in NSW I cannot get there. You will need to bring a laptop and connect to it. I want it to be restored back to the backed up configuration. You may have to boot it into the recovery mode.
