Step 1: Assess and pre-treat
To prepare the area, your cleaner will move furniture (if possible) and sweep the floors. They’ll also test to check if there are any sealers/coatings, and if your grout is sanded, un-sanded, or epoxy. Step 2: Scrub the surface
