I recently had a kitchen renovation and wasn't told that the rangehood ducting and concealment wasn't included. So I've had the ducting installed but it now needs to be concealed. The ducting + the old exhaust fan hol needs to be concealed. Would like it done in the coming 4 or 5 days if possible. The options would be a full white panel above the cupboards or a white box installed around the ducting and previous fan hole. However, the previous exhaust fan hole sits out a little bit from the front of the cupboards so any concealment will need to be put on an angle.

The bottom left corner area of the window sash has developed wood rot. So I need someone experienced in timber window repairs who can look at the damage and either: - replace the damaged section, or - replace the window sash The window sash measures approximately 84cm by 52cm. Photos attached.

Range hood is different size to the old on that was there. This has left a gap around that I want covered. Was thinking using something like pictured and paint it to match cupboards but open to suggestions.

I’m looking for some help woodworking and carrying a heavy plywood desk up the stairs. I'm wanting to have the desk width sawed 85cm narrower (cutting off the back of the legs & tabletop as indicated in images, to remove the uneven edges), potentially refinishing, and then lifting it up a narrow staircase. Technically the desk does fit. With the 85mm removed the final dimensions would be: 750mm H x 2000mm L x 665mm D, and the hallway is 810mm wide from each skirting board (though the handrail may get in the way). I believe if lifted vertically it could make it around those corners, though I’m not 100% sure as my friend and I were too weak to make a good attempt. If it turns out the desk won’t fit, I’d also be open to having both/one of the legs sawed off so that I can reconstruct somehow it situ (for additional $). It’s just a nice chunk of plywood so I want to make it work asap

There's is a small whole in the bedrooms door .

We have two problems to sort out: [1] Front pedestrian gate has expanded due to damp and so the lock is just too tight. Gate needs readjusting. [2] Need to rehang a repaired window shutter that is off a first floor window. Hinges seem fine. Can get access from inside.... Looking for someone with good woodworking experience!

Our ceiling has water stains. We don't know the cause. Looks like broken roof tile . Just wondering if some can have a look at it and fix .

4 Timbers need to be screwed on the back (each as, just follow the instructions), and 2 vents need to be swapped around on most the inside (3 screws in each vent). All material and screws are there

I have two cabinets doors that that need to be attached as the doors have fallen off again. I recently had someone fix it but it has fallen off so I am guessing the holes on the cabinets are too wide so it’s not just simply screwing the hinges again .
