I want the cause assessed and a small test patch with a travertine-safe iron/rust treatment before any whole-area treatment. Please don’t acid-wash or grind the whole area before establishing whether the staining can be chemically extracted.About 15 sq Mts to clean and 40sq mt to seal

Living Area Wood Base: I also have a wooden corner/baseboard in the living area that needs fixing (re-attaching or repairing a damaged section). We've recently removed some carpet near our staircase and uncovered hardwood floorboards (approx. 1000mm x 1040mm). Unlike the rest of the hallway, this section hasn't been sanded or polished. We're looking for someone to sand back the wood, stain and finish (lacquer/deal/protect) this small area so it blends in with the surrounding floorboards as closely as possible. We're aware the colour may not be a perfect match, and that's completely fine. Please note that you'll need to supply your own tools and materials, as we don't have any available.

The wood is African rosewood and I believe it is pretty hard wood so cutting need some time.

Hi! We would love someone to stain our two bedside tables! They have been sanded back, but there are small sections of paint in the grooves that will need to be sanded back first (the previous Airtasker didn't do the best sanding job). We would like them stained a slightly darker colour and then a layer of varnish or similar for protection. Thank you :)
