I need a rotted fascia replaced at the rear of my house. Approx height of fascia is 5-6m above ground level. Length of fascia is approx 6-8m. I want the facia fitted and painted (2 coats Dulux weatheshield "dune"- I can supply paint). Job is for experienced roofer/builder/handyman. You will need to supply fascia and hardware, use your own tools- i have ladders that could be used, but best to supply your own. There is an external set of steps that could inhibit access for ladders slightly- unsure however. - Due date: Flexible

We just had new carpet laid and the internal doors are now dragging. These include 11 fairly narrow hinged cupboard doors and four bedroom doors. We have an ikea pax wardrobe arriving 15 July, and need assembly and installation asap after that.
