We’re planning to replace our existing vanity and mirror with the following IKEA products: * ÄNGSJÖN / ORRSJÖN wall-hung vanity (82 cm wide), including basin and tap. * FAXÄLVEN mirror cabinet (100 × 95 cm) with built-in lighting. We haven’t purchased these units yet, as we’d like to confirm feasibility and installation costs first. We will purchase and assemble both units ourselves, so no furniture assembly is required. Proposed scope of work: * Remove and dispose of the existing vanity and basin. * Install and securely mount the new wall-hung vanity. * Connect the new basin and tap to the existing plumbing. * Remove the existing mirror and install the new mirror cabinet. * Ensure everything is properly installed and sealed. Important details: * The wall behind the vanity is concrete. * The existing water and drainage pipes come through the floor, close to the wall. * We’re happy for some plumbing to remain visible underneath the new vanity if this helps avoid major plumbing alterations. * We’d prefer to keep the existing tiles and avoid unnecessary modifications.
