Scope of Work We require a Licensed Carpenter to perform structural modifications and internal framing for a Master Ensuite (2500mm x times 1465mm) and an adjacent Walk-In Robe (WIR). The goal is a zero-transition (curbless) shower. Part 1: Floor Modification (The 80mm Drop) • Joist Sistering: Install new 140x45 H3 LVL joists alongside existing members to achieve a precise 80mm structural drop below the main house floor level. • Fixing: All sistered members must be glued (structural adhesive) and mechanically fixed with M12 coach bolts in a staggered pattern. • Trimming: Frame out the shower perimeter and floor waste pockets. Leave the floor open (no sheeting) for the plumber. Part 2: Wall Framing (The Skeleton) • Wall Construction: Build internal partition walls for the Ensuite and WIR using 90mm MGP10 Pine at 450mm centers. • Plumb & Square: Walls must be laser-checked to be 90^\circ square to the floor recess and perfectly plumb. • Noggins: Install double noggins at 900mm and 1200mm for wall-hung vanity and towel rail mounting. • Box-out: Frame a recessed cavity for a shaving/mirror cabinet. Part 3: Final Sheeting (Post-Plumber) • After the plumber roughs-in the waste through the open joists, return to install 19mm Scyon Secura (CFC) flooring. • The top of the CFC must finish exactly 61mm below the hallway floor level. Requirements • License: Must provide a valid NSW Carpenter’s License. • Precision: High-end finish required for a flush tile-to-timber transition. • Materials: Owner-Builder to supply LVLs, Bolts, MGP10 Pine, and Scyon Secura.

I have to remove old washing machine and replace with new. There is a horizontal piece that needs to be taken off and put back after new washing machine is put in. see images

To fit two lengths of skirting board joining at right angle corner. Length 1.20m and 3.00m. The wall has been scutched back to brick in places. The board is in two parts. A bottom plank with decorative top plank. Cut outs needed for power point and TV arial connection. Residential property, must clean up. Board can be cut if necessary on outside veranada.

We have an existing table top that is like to keep but the legs are rusted and need to be replaced. I have some good quality hardwood that can be used for new legs. Second storey wooden window has expanded and is not closing properly. Need someone with strong carpentry skills that can plane / sand panes that open (both sides) so that they have sufficient gap to properly close going forward. Window is second storey so you will need to provide a long extension ladder (and not be afraid of heights).

I am creating a wardrobe at home. The side walls are already in place. I need the doors made and installed. The cavity is approx 1750x 2500 There will be four doors. White laminex (type) doors - not two pack. There will be additional materials required. For instance, you will likely add a strip of wood around perimeter for supporting of hinges. There will be a blade required down the middle to support two of the doors. I can supply hinges and handles. You will bill me for wood materials. The airtasker fee is for the labour. (I will upload a photo. Currently there is a desk and an a/c unit in the space. The a/c will be removed. You will take out the desk. )

Looking for a Carpenter to build a box (this will be open at the front and maybe at the back). This will enclose a cat litter box. Very rough dimensions are 52cm wide x 72cm long x 50cm high (some flexibility though). I will pay for materials etc. Open to discuss what this involves. Again happy for this to be built at someone's place or at mine. I am based in Darlinghurst so will need to be nearby.
