I have a small kitchenette that has been rented out and is now rusty and mouldy, I need the cabinets taken out and rebuilt. I also have some shelving units I need put up on my other walls.

I’m looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to repair or replace a wood panel on a floor penetration hole. The panel has been broken and needs to be secure, level with the floor, and safe to walk on. Please provide a reasonable quote and estimated completion time.
