Hi, I need a qualified tradesperson, welder, or experienced handyman to repair or replace atleast 3 hollow square steel pergola post that has severely rusted out at the bottom interface with the concrete slab (see attached photo). The metal has fully corroded through.The job will involve:Bringing temporary heavy-duty structural props (e.g., Acrow props) to safely support the pergola roof load while working.Cutting out the rusted bottom section of the steel post back to clean, solid metal.Treating the remaining cut metal with rust preventative/cold galvanizing spray.Installing and securely anchoring a heavy-duty galvanized steel post bracket/stirrup into the concrete slab.Bolting the existing steel post into the new stirrup to restore full structural integrity.(Alternatively, if you assess it and think full post replacement or on-site welding a sleeve is a better option, please let me know in your offer).Please specify in your offer:If you have your own structural props/jacks.Your expected turnaround time.If your offer includes the cost of materials (post bracket, heavy-duty concrete anchors, bolts) or if those will be charged separately. Painting and sealed the driveway

I purchased an easyshed 2.2mx 1.5m skillion and I managed the assemble all the panels and roof with my tools available. Need help to join the panels and roof to make it a shed. Please refer to the photos. Job shouldn't take more than 1 hrs however it may need 2 people to do it.

Assemble 2.25m x 1.5m Skillion Roof Shed on concrete slab. Brackets for securing the shed on the slab are provided in the package.

We need some assistance demolishing the final bits of our commercial fit out.
