We are commissioning a focused 2-hour photography and videography session at our Sydney CBD office to create a perpetual stock creative library. Primary use is for Google Performance Max campaigns, with secondary use across our website, organic social, paid social, programmatic display, and broader marketing collateral. This is a compact, high-velocity capture session. We need a small, experienced crew to arrive prepared, work efficiently, and leave with the assets required. This is not an exploratory or heavily staged production. Key creative principle: people captured in the office should be intentionally motion-blurred, using a long-exposure or panned-shutter “speed photography” style. Faces must not be identifiable. The office environment, surfaces, and details should remain sharp. This avoids the need for model releases from incidentally captured staff, supports our legal advertising obligations, and creates a distinctive visual identity uncommon in the Australian legal market. Creative direction We want a documentary editorial style with warm natural daylight and shallow depth of field where useful. Human subjects should appear as blurred figures, suggesting pace, energy, and the rhythm of a busy professional practice, without being identifiable. Environmental details should feel sharp and considered: desks, meeting rooms, joinery, books, plants, window light, hands on a keyboard, paperwork, and coffee cups catching morning light. Preferred palette: warm whites, sage, soft terracotta, and Unified Lawyers navy as a supporting colour. Avoid the cold corporate blue look common in the legal category. The tone should be restrained, calm, competent, and empathetic, not aggressive or adversarial. Avoid Static lawyer portraits behind desks, handshakes, gavels, scales, Lady Justice imagery, marble columns, courtrooms, generic stock office scenes, AI-generated or composited imagery, and any identifiable clients.

This is a multi day task over two locations. Task 1. - Sydney CBD Meet with one of our staff members one morning this week to learn the process of filming a building lobby with our 360 degree camera in order for us to install our wayfinding solution. This process will take 30 minutes or so. Task 2. - Westmead At a suitable time that will be organised with us and yourself, either later this week or early next, independently film a different location in Westmead and return the camera to our office in the CBD.
