Photographer & Videographer Needed – Corporate Event, Alexandria, 6 Aug Description: We're hosting a corporate event, "Profit in Peak," at The Grounds of Alexandria on Wednesday 6 August, and need a photographer and videographer to cover it. Happy to hear from one person who can do both, or a duo/team who'd like to split the work between you. Timing: 7:30am — bump in / setup 8:00am — 2 x 10 min green room customer interviews (video only) 8:30am–10:30am — main event (arrivals + panel) 10:30am–11:00am — green room customer interviews (video only) What we need: Photography (8:30–10:30am): Arrival photos of attendees in front of a branded step-and-repeat wall (approx. 8:30–9:00am as guests arrive) Candid/event photography throughout the panel session — 3 speakers on stage, audience shots, networking moments A mix of posed and candid styles Videography (8:00-8:30, 10:30–11:00am): Filming 5 x customer interviews, ~10 minutes each (~50 mins raw footage total) in a private green room on-site Simple, clean interview setup — single subject, seated, quiet room away from the main event Good audio capture is essential (please bring a lav or shotgun mic) Deliverables: Edited high-res digital photos (JPEG) — estimate 150–250+ final images Raw and/or lightly edited interview footage for each of the 6 interviews Delivery via online gallery/Drive/WeTransfer within 5 business days. The commercial is for a residential end of lease cleaning company. Scene 1 (3–4s) A property manager receives a phone notification: the open house starts in 5 minutes. She realizes she’s late, panics, and starts running. Scene 2 (10–15s) She runs through the city. The pacing is frantic. Handheld, kinetic “sports-mode” coverage from multiple angles: alongside, behind, in front, close-ups, mediums, wides, to maintain urgency. Flashbacks: While running, she experiences flashbacks of past inspections ruined by poorly cleaned properties (flashback shots already available, and NOT REQUIRED for this job). Scene 3 (5s) This scene introduces the cleaning company, because mid-run, she gets a call from her boss who says that the property was cleaned by this cleaning company. Immediate relief because she knows that the inspection will go well, because the property will be pristine. She slows from running to walking. Tension drops. Scene 4 (3s) She arrives at the property calm and confident. A few prospects are already waiting. She places the A-frame outside. Scene 5 Inspection goes well (footage already available and NOT REQUIRED for this job). Scene 6 (5s) This is a single shot. After the inspection, she exits the property confidently, and in a single continuous shot the camera follows her for a moment, then smoothly drifts past her deeper into the background, revealing the cleaner who had been partially hidden from view, watching over the property like a quiet superhero. The shot then fades into the logo: as the image of the cleaner stabilizes, the cleaner’s silhouette and posture subtly align with the Bond Bello logo composition. Through a smooth cross-fade and graphic overlay, the live-action image blends into the logo.
