Social First Videographer for Ongoing Client Shoots I run a social media and marketing business in Wollongong and I'm looking for a local videographer/content creator to work with me across ongoing client shoots. I'm initially looking to book a paid trial shoot so we can see if we're a good fit, with the intention of offering regular monthly work to the right person. The shoot will be approximately 4 hours in the Wollongong area. I'm looking for someone who is confident shooting professional social media content including: • Vertical video for Instagram Reels and social media • Talking head content • B roll and behind the scenes footage • Professional photography where required • A strong mix of wide, medium and close up shots • Clean, professional audio • Properly exposed footage with consistent colour I'll provide the content strategy and brief. I don't need finished Reels. I will handle the editing and post production myself. What I do need is for the selected footage to be professionally colour graded before delivery, so the files are ready for me to edit and use across client content. I'm looking for someone who understands a brief, takes initiative while shooting and can identify additional content opportunities while we're there rather than needing every individual shot directed. You will need your own professional camera equipment, with your own audio. (bonus if you also have lighting) Reliability and communication are really important to me. I need someone who turns up on time, communicates well and is comfortable working professionally around clients.
