Project Overview We’re looking for a Sydney-based videographer to film a 6hour content session in a professional production space in the CBD. Location Stone & Chalk Tech Central Innovation Hub (near Central Station, Sydney) Filming will take place in a dedicated, sound-treated production room designed for podcasting and video content. Scope of Work • 6-hour filming session (single day) • Filming a discussion/interview between two people (CEO + GTM partner) • Static setup: seated conversation, no movement or complex scenes • Capture high-quality video and audio throughout the session Setup • One-person crew • We will handle lighting setup upfront and keep it fixed for the duration • You will be responsible for camera setup (2 cameras preferred), framing, and audio capture (e.g. lapel mics or equivalent) Output • Raw footage only (no editing required) • Footage suitable for later editing into short-form (e.g. 60–90 second clips) Style / Requirements - Clean, professional “talking head” / interview style - Consistent framing and audio quality across the session - Dual cameras for variety of angles - Ideally experience filming interviews, podcasts, or thought leadership content Timing We are aiming to shoot on one of the following dates: • April 15, 16, or 17 • Or early the following week (from April 20) Budget We are working within a tight budget and looking for a cost-effective option. Flowers don’t need to be imported—locally sourced blooms are totally welcome! We’re drawn to a modern, elegant vibe with a touch of fruit-inspired freshness—minimalist yet creative. The decoration service fee is $1,000. Flowers and all other decorative materials will be fully reimbursed separately (not included in the service fee).
