A 30 minute presentation followed by questions and answers 1 hour total Location - A meeting room at ICC Sydney Details - 50 participants seated at tables (enjoying some lunch) I will use a data projector (supplied by the venue) We have 2 hand held microphones (supplied by the venue) I am told the venue will have someone in the room to make sure our AV equipment is working seamlessly Our needs - minimum We would like the presentation filmed We can handle the editing (we use Descript) We’d like good quality 4K filming - does not need to be edited but need to be able to provide it to us in the following format - Video Containers: MP4, M4V, MOV, WEBM, MKV, and MXF. Provide a Clip on microphone for presenter - if possible. If people ask questions the presenter will summarise the question before answering (note we will have to check if people are happy to be filmed) Only one camera - high enough quality that our editor can zoom in at times Our needs - nice to have Potentially “tap into" the hand help microphone system so it picks up the questions - but if that’s not possible a clip on microphone for me AND the second held microphone to pick up questions Lights (if you think they will add value) More than one camera so our editor can switch between angles Additional info Our editor will display the models I am talking about so the PowerPoint doesn’t need to be captured in the video - just good quality video of me presenting Our editor will also add B rolls if appropriate Can you please quote me on our minimum requirement and then the "nice to have" as a separate quote / price.
