To replace 1 internal door to fit current hinges, handle, lock and latch. Current door measurement: Depth 35mm, Width 816mm, Height 2033mm. Door not provided. Painting is needed. Latch backset size 60mm, latch case size 70mm. Lock bore hole aprox. 55mm. Latch lock hinges provided. To be done ASAP.

My front external door (pivot) isn’t opening and closing smoothly. Remove and re-install or adjust if possible. I also have an internal cavity sliding door similarly not opening and closing smoothly, possibly a bent or loose rail. Adjust as needed.

I recently replaced a door handle with a locking one myself. It’s installed and working, but it’s not as smooth as it should be — it doesn’t spring back properly after turning. I suspect the central hole might be a bit too narrow or misaligned. Need someone to board up a broken window in bathroom area.

2 Doors have the same issue. Cannot be closed. When I try to close it, the top of the door will hit the door frame and stuck.

Need to fix 2 rotten window frames (wood is soft when touched), there are about 4 spots. Need to be painted afterwards as well.
