The roller doors are not opening and when I click the ‘on’ switch on the motor, it begins making a weird sound and the doors do not go up or down. I need somebody to pressure wash the garage door. It’s just been dirty with a little bit of mud. Either pressure wash or mop, whatever I just need it looking nice and clean. Also, the few parts of the wall that have been patched with mortar need to have a little bit of a clean and tidy. Perhaps with some hydrochloric acid? Screwing a door and changing of the showerhead

Hi, we are looking at putting in partition walls and a door to section off the corner of the living room as detailed in the picture, the entrance to the kitchen also needs to be covered. Skirting, architraves and cornices included. However painting is not required. The arch and frame in the second picture also needs to be checked if it is load bearing and removed.
