Oven door not closing properly I think seal or hinge broken heat coming out when on

I need somebody to pressure wash the garage door. It’s just been dirty with a little bit of mud. Either pressure wash or mop, whatever I just need it looking nice and clean. Also, the few parts of the wall that have been patched with mortar need to have a little bit of a clean and tidy. Perhaps with some hydrochloric acid? Just something to make it look not so obvious that it was recently patched up. If you can help me with this today, please get in touch. I need the house ready by early afternoon in time for photos.

Wardrobe sliding door need to be fixed

Need help fixing a shower door (hinge adjustment) I’m looking for a quote to fix my shower door. It’s currently hanging at a slight angle and is hitting the tile when opened or closed. I believe the hinges just need to be readjusted.

Doors not working I’ve just replaced cable that snapped

We have a 12 metre long garage door that has quite a large gap at the top between the building and the door itself. It lets alot of dust in and we want to stop the dust coming in. We have these metal sheets with brushes attached to them which need to be bolted to the underside of the building . We have 4 roller doors here and have already done 3. This door is different as it has metal beam and concrete that needs to be screwed into or if you have another way of attaching it. i Will attach photos below of the gap and sheet aswell as a photo of the already done garage door so you can see what i mean

Garage door is a roller door, with a control panel from Roll-a-door (https://www.bnd.com.au/garage-doors/residential/roller-doors/roll-a-door/). When I press up or down, I can hear the motor sound but the door doesn't moved. Used to work fine.
