We need to move a sofa out of our apartment, but it’s a few centimetres too wide to fit through the doorway with the legs attached. The legs are secured with recessed nuts located several inches inside the wooden feet, so a standard spanner won’t reach. You’ll need the appropriate tools (likely a deep socket/socket wrench with an extension) to remove the legs, help manoeuvre the sofa through the doorway, and then reattach the legs once it’s outside. Looking for someone with experience assembling/disassembling furniture and who has their own tools.

Hi there are two broken doors in the apartment that we need fixed! (1) in the bathroom the door handle is broken( a screw seems to have come off) and (2) in the kitchen the hinge of a swing open door appears to also be broken. Please advise time & cost of these repairs. Thank you!

Metal door handle has been unscrewed/fallen off. Shouldn’t take long to fix

The left door is off the track and can't be put back properly. The right door has a large tear in the mesh. Each door dimensions is 236 cm H x 94 cm W.

Updated to remove reference to taps as this requires a separate job by a plumber. 1) Front door doesn't shut properly and needs to be slammed to shut. The hinges need to be replaced (brushed brass) and the door planed and rehung. 2) Hang two paintings (2 x screws in rendered wall for each)
