We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. I’m looking for someone to supply and install a door for our laundry room. The current door frame height is too low, so the job will require modifying the frame to allow for a taller door. Our wardrobe door is jammed, when we closed the door our drawer came out with lots of clothes which jammed the door and now we can't open it.

Door became unhinged due to particleboard not able to hold in the screws. Will need some work to be able to hold the screws.
