Sliding door has fallen off the rail and one of the door hanging is broken. This is an old house. Needs to replace the track and the hook.

Sun damaged timber door needs some love. The door was really heavy and the top screw has come off and needs some adjustment as well. Door requires also: Sand it down starting with course sand paper and getting finer up to 220 grit (finer if you plan for a glossy finish). Remove all of the dust and apply a new stain and exterior polyurethane clear coat in satin or semi-gloss.

Front wooden door has a piece underneath which has come loose. This needs to be replaced or glued back on. There is also another piece which has been previously repaired and replaced on the bottom of the front of the door. We would like this to be varnished or coated to match the rest of the door.

I need a door seal installed on the bottom of my storage room door to prevent leaves/twigs/dirt from getting inside. I have purchased a brush strip door seal, the installation instructions say it will need to be cut to size with a hacksaw and combination cutting pliers. Preferable to be installed on a weekend (or Monday the 25th September okay too).
