The rubber is deteriorated in a number of windows (8-10) and the insurance is not covering it due to the wear and tear. I would need someone to come out and quote a cash job. We have had to replace a room door however it is not closing correctly and may need some slight adjustments.

You'll also need to trim 33 to 40mm off the aluminium top and bottom rails in order to fit the wall to wall length. I can provide angle grinder with appropriate disc). I can also help where a second pair of hands is required. The sliding door is to be installed on left hand side.
