Bathroom window to be replaced. Need it to be enclosed as the air gets through and slats are locked into place so unable to close. Space is 41cmx57cm

Invoice with ABN required. 01 - Missing pantry door - Material separately. The pantry door broke into a few pieces and the tenant has removed it. A replacement pantry door needs to be fitted with a similar stain and brass coloured knob. Task quote not inclusive of purchasing a new door. 02 - loose kitchen drawer front The kitchen drawer directly below the oven is loose. It needs a couple of screws and/or glue to secure it to the cupboard drawer. 03 - Misaligned kitchen drawer that doesn't close properly The top kitchen drawer has an alignment issue and won't fully close. It is also a bit stiff and needs some attention (oiling or lubrication to glide on the railing when closing). 04 - Cracked kitchen cupboard door One of the kitchen doors has a crack where part of the timber has become separated. It probably just needs gluing or a bracket behind the door to secure it. 05 - Missing cupboard door knob One of the cupboard doors is missing a brass coloured door knob. 06 - Drawer railings lubrication Some of the drawers are a little hard to close and need some force to close them. The railings might need cleaning and lubrication.

Need quote on site for the following tasks: - Remove and dispose window, door and wall tiles in this laundry room and brick up space. - relocate sink tap piping, powerpoint and laundry sink to adjacent wall, where the window used to be. - plaster all exposed wall. - Ignore the minimum amount selected here.

Dog has scratched at the door and caused some scratch marks (see photo) just need to hide/cover before inspection. Thank you.

My dog has chewed the bottom of the garage door again. It’s not great quality, water damage like cardboard makes it fun for him! Don’t want to replace it yet, seeing if someone can help out by filling it like we would a hole in the wall? In Pascoe Vale

Both bedroom door and ensuite doors don’t click shut when closed. Some sort of adjustment and possibly a new strike plate on one. Thanks

Bathroom extractor fan not working. Have tried cleaning it but power doesn't seem to be working. Also, bathroom door handle is coming off. Have tried tightening screws but won't tighten - handle on both sides loose.

An internal wooden door is sagging about 5mm and needs straightening up.

Screw a doorstop into a steel door and brick wall I have the doorstop just need your tools and experience to get the job done. Might need screws unless packet screws will work fine

The frame of large (1.2 diameter) mirror which normally hangs in the backyard has rotted. I’d like it remade in a weather proof material like marine ply or hard wood.

Sliding security door keeps coming off tracks. Have removed door and it is possible that one wheel appears worn? When I put door backon tracks it is not properly aligned. There track appears to be fine eg no dents etc
