I need a handyman to rehang a bedroom timber door in a vacant apartment

I would like someone to bag a wall in my back courtyard, I have attached pictures showing the walls and the approximate measurements. I have also attached a photo with the type of finished texture I would like. There are a few nails etc in the wall which would also need to be removed beforehand, and a water line which would need to be avoided.

Small cupboard in living room has one droopy door / does not close flush (on RHS). Would like this re-hung and adjusted to that it does close flush and at the same height as the LHS door.

Scrape off sticky residue from door. Has come off fine for me. All things will be provided, just need someone’s time!

Cupboard door needs reattaching

Need two bathroom door frames cut out at the bottom and new pieces installed, have done most of cutting just don’t have tools Need it done ASAP

We have a timber outdoor storage box / water pump cover (aged about 15 years). Timber lids are heavy and original screws are probably under-sized. One hinge has separated from the timber and the other four could probably be reinforced with larger screws. I am handy but, because of the weight, two sets of hands would be helpful (I am willing to assist). Weekends / after hours OK with me.

Upper panel has hole + cracks - needs repair / replacement

We need several jobs done including installing about 20 wall hooks and a bike hook, tightening our bathroom roll holders and shower baskets etc that are coming loose, replace a door seal. The main job is installing a letterbox in our picket fence.

We need someone to install 4 door bolts, secure a dresser and shoe rack to the wall, and install a few under cabinet baby locks

Adapt and attach a metal handrail to staircase. One end of the rail would attach to existing vertical balustrade ( metal ) and the other end would attach to wooden beam The handrail would be approx 7 ft in length

Change single adjustable hinge on opening door set in stegbar sliding doors. Job includes parts and labour.

The fridge door currently opens from left to right. It needs to be changed to open from right to left.

The wood has rotted through on these doors so the door locks/handles can’t be screwed into the wood. Want to repair and not replace the doors. May need new door handles and locks and if so can buy these ready to be installed with the job. Two doors in total! Updated with pictures of the handles

Repaint front door and fit new handles - Same pink paint colour however higher enamel gloss. Quote separately on the black security door
