Fix Loose Mirror on Sliding Wardrobe Door

The mirror on one of my sliding wardrobe doors has become loose and is detaching from its frame. The rubber framing gasket (the vinyl/rubber sealing strip that holds the glass in place) has completely come out at the top and is hanging down, causing the mirror to pull away from the frame. I need a handy person or a glazing specialist to come and safely secure the mirror back into the frame and properly re-install or replace the rubber gasket seal so it is safe and stable.

Looking for quotes to fix a stiff sliding door. We’ve just moved in this house and the sliding door has seen better days. Unsure what’s going on with it, if it’s the track itself but it’s stiff when sliding and gets a bit stuck half way then continues. Tried cleaning the tracks and WD40 and it’s helped but it looks like it’s scrapes the tracks top and bottom when sliding.
