Dog Door Installation in Flyscreen Door

I have an existing Merlin Prolift 230T garage door opener that is working correctly with the wall switch. I need a compatible remote supplied and programmed to operate the garage door. The task includes: * Supply a compatible remotes for a Merlin Prolift 230T opener. * Program and test the remote. * Ensure the remote opens and closes the garage door correctly. The motor is already installed and working, so no new motor or door installation is required.

Task 1: Front entrance door has a gap leading to wind gusts entering the house. Ideally the fix is to reframe the door to flush out this gap and install door sweep. Task 2: Bedroom door closest to front entrance has handle installed at the wrong height. Need this lowered to match every other interior door.
