I have an existing Merlin Prolift 230T garage door opener that is working correctly with the wall switch. I need a compatible remote supplied and programmed to operate the garage door. The task includes: * Supply a compatible remotes for a Merlin Prolift 230T opener. * Program and test the remote. * Ensure the remote opens and closes the garage door correctly. The motor is already installed and working, so no new motor or door installation is required.

Steel-Line tilt garage door needs regular servicing.

The front door is missing weather proof sealing both at the top and bottom. It needs perimeter compression seals on the frame, plus an automatic drop seal or threshold seal at the bottom.
