I have two sliding doors that need to be repaired.Both doors are currently scraping against the bottom rail when opening and closing, making them difficult to slide smoothly. The job is to inspect the doors and sliding mechanism, identify the cause of the scraping, and adjust or repair the rollers/track as required so both doors slide smoothly without rubbing against the rail. Door frame sinking on one side. I did sanding but i feel like it is sinking faster than I sand it. So I am looking for a more permanent fix. the sink is about 10mm at the top of the frame. Which one is more suitable? 1. rehang the door frame 2. or maybe get underneath to reinforce the foundation? Please offer your solution and price and I will consider if it is reasonable. Thank you!
