Take off and cut/trim/shorten x3 bedroom doors to scale, new flooring has resulted in the door being too long

The rollers are old and need replacing. I do not have the required tools as they are riveted in.

New doors are purchased and on site at installation location. Hinges and new handle for front entrance door also purchased. - remove old doors. -affix new screen door to existing door frame. -extract existing deadbolt from old door and install deadbolt plus new handle onto new front entrance door. -install entrance door with new hinges into existing frame. -disposal of old doors not required.
