Looking for an experienced garage door technician to supply and replace the torsion springs on my double-car sectional garage door. One of the existing dual-torsion springs has snapped (I require BOTH springs to be replaced as a matching set so they are balanced and fresh). Door Type: Double-width sectional panel door Opener Model: B&D Controll-A-Door Advance V2 (Model: SDO-2V2 ADV) - motor is healthy and safety-reversed correctly. The Job Requires: 1. Supply of 2x matching high-quality replacement torsion springs. 2. Complete installation, tension winding, and physical balancing of the door. 3. Re-engaging the B&D motor and resetting/testing the travel limit cycles. 4. Brief safety check of the lifting cables. Please include the cost of the parts (both springs) and labor/GST in your offer. I need an experienced handyman, painter, or maintenance tradie to complete two exterior repair tasks at my property: repairing a crumbling concrete/render section beneath a front door threshold, and prepping/painting a weathered timber window sill.
