Doors used will be "Hume 2040 x 820 x 35mm Internal Door Oak Oakfield HC2" The 2 existing doors need to be removed from hinges and the property, and new doors installed. Can use existing handle and hinges, if that is more difficult, can purchase new. Let me know if you require more details.

Looking for an experienced handyman to remove a broken venetian blind from a stairwell window. Scope of work: • Remove the entire blind, including headrail and brackets • Patch and sand any screw holes left after removal • Touch up with white paint for a neat finish • Clean the inside of the window glass, frame, sill and tracks once the blind is removed • Leave the area clean and tidy The window is positioned above the stairs, so safe stairwell access is important. Roller door for single car garage is locked. The motor for the door has died, so I cannot get into the garage. The rope for the emergency release is also broken, so the door may need to be pried open, or if you're a locksmith, it can be opened via a key (the key for the garage is sadly inside the garage also. There's a double door on a bedroom wall which needs to be removed and filled in, so it becomes just a wall, and then a new door created on the adjacent wall. I have a second story unit in Sutherland with a fly screen that's damaged and open at its top. the Rubber seal has also fallen off and is putting pressure on the screen that's caused the damage.

The mesh on my balcony door needs replacing. I have purchased the mesh just need someone to replace it. And the wheel/roller on the bottom of the door has broken so I can't slide it back and forth. This needs fixing too.
