Need a cat door put in glass garage door , glass is 1700mm x 525mm

I live in a townhouse, and it seems that the window on the first floor above the staircase isn’t properly sealed. As a result, water is leaking through and causing damage to the ceiling over the stairs.

Outdoor umbrella needs repair. Needs replacement string/rope so pulley system works.

Sliding door not smoothly, unbalanced.

Really hoping to get this done today. Fit and hang two timber doors into exisiting house frame. Replacing old doors. One of the replacement doors fits exactly, just needs minor planing of one edge, fitting the door using exisiting hinges, and replacing the handle/lock set which I have. The other door is just a raw door, need to be cut back to fit (trimming approx 15mm of each edge), hinges fitted. Handle fitted. Both timber doors with glass inserts. Existing/old doors have been removed.

I would like 2 internal doors added to my hallway, they need to be framed in and hung, I would like bathroom door to be rehung to swing other way. I would like an additional hand rail to be hung in bathroom (tiled wall) Pic 1 &2 where i need them installed, pic 3 what i needs to look like

Require a fly screen door to be installed. Have it on hand new in package. Just require it to be installed
