Hi, My laundry cavity sliding door is not opening/closing as smoothly as before, and seems to be scraping against the internal wall. I have tried removing the top timber panels and adjusting the nuts myself, but can’t seem to work out the exact issue or how to fix it.

It beeps everytime it goes up and down. It sometimes comes down halfway then goes back up It doesn't sit flush with the ground
