Put this large door back on

Garage door motor stopped this morning. It opened the door about 1/3 of the way up and stopped. Disconnecting the door (and letting the motor run freely) didn't seem to help. The motor itself doesn't activate when the button is pushed. Model of opener is attached.

I have a dent in my door which I need fixed

Purchased a kogan portable aircon (smarterhome 2.6kw 9000BTU) that only offers a window kit 127cm high, 10cm width, however i need it to be connected to a sliding door 205cm h. I need someone to find a way to close the gap and finish installing the vent. Thanks

Hi, I want to replace the existing old aluminium flyscreen doors that I have on my balcony. See photo attached. I would like new aluminium flyscreen doors in black installed with a dog door in one of the Flyscreens (preferably the left side). The dog door to use would be the Black Petway Medium size. Flexible on installations date, please quote based on supplying the new doors, dog door and installation. Full length of doors is approx 4.6m.

We need to be a standard door rehung to swing the other way. Door jam is almost exactly symmetrical so we expect it to be an easy. We might need to get 1-2 mil shaved off the door.

Fibreglass fly screen and PVC spline supplied. Only require installation for 3 x doors.

2×door stoppers installation drilling needed

Mesh on three flyscreen doors need to be replaced.

Issue with Glass Sliding Door:    •   Door is not locking properly.    •   Door does not roll smoothly – rollers likely need replacement.    •   Rubber wedges/seals around the glass need replacing.

1. Replace the sliding door, instal a secure lock on new door 2. Replace or repair the bedroom door, currently the door touches ground, couldn't move 3. Get rid off the window timber seat, change it to a desk (instal a white panel as table top)

It's hard to open and not smooth. I've attempted to adjust wheels and also they seem fine.
