Garage door handle & lock opens & closes BUT the latch is faulty (as we had to cut off a bit to open the door, as dented as someone drove into it! Omg :( plus concrete driveway has lifted due to tree roots so that concrete might need grinding back a bit. Oh we need a new lock (as dont seem to have a key) are you able to help with that also? Not sure whether this is the right place to ask, but had good experience. Essentially 3 of our doors are just slightly out of line and need correcting. They have magnetic latches and aren’t catching correctly and one scrapes along the carpet.

Builder to install stud wall which was previously demolished. Finish with plasterboard. Former doorway has been plastered over on one side only, so door frame and architrave on other side is still there. Owner to supply secondhand door to fit, which is 5mm narrower than doorway. So doorway needs to be modified slightly to fit installation of door. Builder to supply and fit new architrave to one side of doorway. Owner to provide electrician to relocate 2x light switches, and painter.

Reinstate a stud wall 2900mm high x 2900mm wide, and rehang door. Door slightly narrower than door frame. No insulation necessary.

Need an existing window taken out, framed up and blue boarded. Want cladding aswell on it

A spring on one side of my garage door has come off, which makes it difficult for the door to stay open (it will either need to be held open while it gets fixed). The bracket holding the spring has bent and needs to be replaced. I'm pretty sure i have all the items (the bracket and bolts). I just need someone with tools and strength that can change over the bracket and reattach the spring. I have attached a photo of what the broken on looks like and what it should look like.

Install two privacy locks (supplied) in indoor bathroom, wooden cavity sliding doors. The bolt recess and hole for the mechanism itself both need to be cut.

The curtain has unstitched itself halfway across I can be there to help pull it down

I have four door knobs that are difficult to operate, two of which are not usable most of the time. While I can move the knobs up and down, the latch mechanism seems to malfunction. The door doesn’t open unless I try multiple times and apply extra force. It feels like the latch isn’t retracting properly when the knob is turned. This happens consistently on both knobs. Update door handles and strike plate for 5 doors. Will require to fill or patch any hole size differences. See pictures for the current handles and the new ones to be replaced. Doors need to be ready for painters after being filled if any.

Roller garage door lock has no key, I need it replaced. I have a new lock from Bunnings which fits. However, locking bars don't match so I need new ones and someone who is able to cut them to the required length, and fix them to the lock handles. See photos.
