As per new legislation, I need to make my external doors compliant. Privacy door is working fine. External entry doors (other than screen doors) must have functional deadlocks or locks that people can unlock with a key from the outside. These must be able to open without a key from the inside. Attached are the photos of old doors. Tasks: 1. ENTRANCE DOOR : Replace with new door and install a basic new lock that meets the requirement stated above 2. LAUNDRY DOOR: Replace only the lock with new lock that meets the requirement stated above I have also attached photo of the basic external door available in bunnings. I can buy materials from bunnings or from you based on recommendations but need to very basic/affordable options as this are for a rental property. Please quote only for the labor. Cheers Shakeb

Getting new floorboards over existing tiles and need to shave 5-7mm off bottom of existing 5 doors
