Hi, I need an experienced handyman or door specialist to repair a metal shopfront entrance door. The door appears to have dropped/sagged, and one of the metal components on the frame looks loose or coming apart. Because of this, the door is not aligning or closing properly. The door seems to have shifted from its original position, possibly due to worn hinges or frame misalignment. I need someone who has experience with commercial metal/glass shopfront doors to assess and repair it properly. What needs to be done: -Inspect the door, hinges, and frame -Identify the loose part and secure or replace it -Realign the door so it opens and closes smoothly

I have 2 completely broken hinges on my pantry door. I will need you to source new ones (if they need to be replaced) and I will cover those costs externally. It might be a good idea to check/tighten any remaining hinges too but only 2 are completely broken. Extra-I also have some really heavy tiles that I’d like moved locations in my house so I’m happy to pay extra for that but it’s not an essential for this job. Pricing I don’t know about so please quote what the job is worth, I’m basing the quote on others.

The hinge and screws are still intact and functional, but the wood around the hinge area has splintered, so it may need reinforcement or repair before reattaching. Add mouldings to and paint internal doors in my apartment. There are 4 doors and one cupboard door. Need to cut mouldings to size and securely attach to both sides of doors. Cupboard only needs moulding on one side.
