Loose door knob. I think the screws just need tightening but I don't know how to pull apart lock to access them.

Crimsafe sliding security door has come off tracks and needs to be reinstalled. It is a 2 door system - one door is still on the tracks and the other has come off the tracks. There is a lock to securely close the 2 doors, the lock appears to be jammed.

Lock for sash window is broken. I have the new lock here for replacement. The flat head screws on the old lock are too difficult to ‘grab’ so need someone with the right tools and know how to deal with old screw removal where the screws thread does not easily allow the screwdriver to grab. The screws are also countersunk making it difficult. - Due date: Flexible
