Fix the cupboard door as picture shown

My balcony window sliding doors were taken out during a balcony renovation. The sliding fly screen doors were not put back properly and there is a gap at either side. The flyscreen doors are approximately 2.4m tall and 1.7m wide.

Remove one interior (bedroom) door to allow for carpet install. Appears to be fixed pin hinges.

Door handle of one of the bedroom needs to be replaced. I have purchased the new door handle but it is of different size so hole in the door needs to be made bigger.

One of our office doors slams heavily when people are in and out. I believe the strenghth of the door control/ closer needs to be adjusted so there is a few second delayed.
