I took off my linen cupboard doors (laminate) to paint them and am struggling to get them back on as requires a bit of strength. The magnet is failing to hold the door in place, causing the door to swing shut unexpectedly during use. This issue is creating ongoing disruptions during clinical operations. The door frequently closes while staff are working with patients or equipment, which interrupts workflow and can pose a safety concern. It also makes it difficult to maintain an open-door environment when required for patient flow, communication, or supervision. We need to rectify the issue soon.
