Instalation of one single door and one small double door in a laundry. Very straight fwd. The photos show the double door roughky 2x600 and a single door, standard 720mm circa, in the bathroom that needs to be installed. The bathroom door has been removed already. The other photis show the door that looks exactly like the ones that will be installed in the bathroom. Its a standard inside door from Bunnings, nothing special about. Fix door, draw won’t close, patch on wall needs painting and toilet roll holder is loose

Internal bifold laundry door has popped out of its pivot bracket. The bracket will need replacing and the way the door has fallen has wedged it shut.

Help to remove a screen door. 3 hinges. Super easy 5 min job but I don’t have the tools

One of our outdoor railings is quite badly damaged where the wood is split. I’m not sure if it can just be sanded back down to remove the splitting area or if it’s too bad and needs to be fully replaced. Ive attached a few photos, but would love a chippy to give some advice on what would be best way forward and quote. I’ve bought the new springs and need someone to replace both springs - must have the correct tools for torsion spring replacement. Job involves replacing the springs and testing the door so that it works correctly.
