Bathroom sliding door that keeps coming off/dropping down. Has been re-hung multiple times by carpenter friends. Wanting properly/securely done. Most likely needs whole new runner replacing.

Our big sliding doors to outside have a section that is very hard to push through. It could be possible that the weather stripping needs repairing OR it could just need some WD40 etc…

Need someone to fix the sliding door as the base part it slides along seems to have a bit of metal or something that has bent out of shape and now it doesn’t slide properly. This means it won’t really fit into place when locking it. Need fixed asap. Can do more nights or early in morning below work.

Need to apply a door lock for my room so old handle will need removing. New handle will require newly measured holes, drilled and previous ones filled in.

Insert new wire in fly screen with a doggy door if that is possible. Frame is approx 1.6 by 2.6

Re caulk bottom trim of sliding door 5m long section. Most likely remove old caulking and replace new. Non stick product as door previous caulk is sticky attracting grime. Black colour would be best.

Four existing doors need planing to open/close easily. plus I need a new door hung.
