The sliding glass door on the balcony doesn’t seem properly aligned. The fixed panel on the left has a gap at the top where it meets the wall, and it looks like it leans outward slightly. The bottom is fully in the frame, but the top isn’t. Not sure if it’s a misalignment or something else, but it needs checking. It's an old door.
