Upper panel has hole + cracks - needs repair / replacement

Old apartment, require someone who knows windows to replace draft stoppers in a couple of windows to improve insulation. There is a bit of light corrosion so it’s been a bit tricky for me to remove the old glue and re fit properly feel like someone with the right tools will be able to get it sorted. Two windows, about 800x1200 each. If I can also get someone who knows how to improve insulation given how thin the glass is, and can clean the channels and frames while they’re at it, I’ll pay additional. In addition to that, if you can knock up fly screens for then, feel free to include. Thanks Thanks in advance

Need a sash window taken out and put back in. We have a slightly unusual sash window that slides down into a pocket between the brick walls. Video attached. Anyway, my partner dropped his phone and it fell into the gap. After much trial, the only way we can think we can get it back is to remove the window. Hoping someone can help!

My partner and I are in the process of fixing up our old casement windows so that we can paint them. Two of them are worse than the others. The bottom corners are rotting out. Looking for someone handy and reliable to help with two things in a bedroom: Install a blackout blind on a high skylight window (see photos). The blind is the suction/magnetic type and may require measuring, cutting to size, and sticking into place. The window is set in a recessed ceiling area, approximately 3+ metres high, so a large step ladder is essential. No drilling required, but some precision and care are needed for installation. Assist with moving the bed around the room to a different layout. The bed is a double/queen size and will need to be repositioned carefully within the same space. Assist with vacuuming a duct in the ceiling that we can’t reach (2 min job).

3 x aluminum framed windows which need replacement fly-screens. The existing are old and have become bent when last removed for window cleaning. 4th window in bathroom needs a screen fitted- there are the slots in the window frame but no existing frame. Flatscreen frames and mesh for all windows will need to be replaced rather than repair existing. Thank you
