Fixing bracket on a pull lever takeaway window

I need a window removed and re-installed with new brackets that allow me to remove and replace at any time. The only way I can fit a new piece of furniture into the unit is through the window and therefore I need it assembled so that I can remove it myself.

I need a new window in the toilet area of my apartment. There is currently a jalousie window (circa 1950's) sitting in a steel frame (walls are concrete). Behind the glass slats is a mesh screen, letting lot of cold air into an already cold apartment. Window is approx 65 x 40 cm. I would like a quote for a casement or awning style window with an aluminium frame (including installation). 4 sash windows in apartment built in 1920s. Elwood area. They are in differing states (some pulleys intact others not). All painted shut. Potentially also locked and do not have the key. Would like them in working order.

The windows are not closing properly and need hardware repair and some rott, a site visit would be recommended, thank you.
