The water seeps through the glass window frame when it rains heavily

Clean paint specks off my window glass, window frames, door glass, door frame, Hot Water System and Ducted Vacuum Caniste & Hood. The items which require paint spec removal are: - 2 x Window Glass and Window Frames. - 1 x Door Glass and Door Frame. - 1 x Hot Water System Casing. - 1 x Ducted Vacuum Canister and Hood. Apartment window I believe aluminium frame won’t completely close on one side appears only a few mm from closing. Currently a gap on left side and won’t close on right side. Window as not closing letting in cold air.
