Looking for someone to assist with simple co-ordination tasks on the day of our elopement/wedding to make things run smoothy. Will be requied for a few hours from around 12-4PM. Tasks will include: - Ensuring table cards are set up at reception venue (restaurant in the CBD) and potentially delivering cake to restaurant - Transporting speakers & champagne glasses to wedding venue (in CBD) and setting up - Setting up chairs at ceremony (24 people attending); - Directing guests to ceremony room; - Playing music during ceremony (on speakers); - Serving champagne directly after ceremony; - Assiting florist with setup at ceremony if needed; - Assisting guests into taxis for transfer to reception. - Packing down speakers & champagne glasses and delivering them back to our home - Tidying up any rose petals after ceremony. - Other ad hoc tasks as may be needed on the day. Will need to arrange own transport (to collect items from Surry Hills and deliver to ceremony venue and restaurant, both in CBD).
