We’re keeping things really simple, with just a handful of guests, and are after someone affordable, friendly, fun and easy-going. We’re not having a traditional wedding, so we’re looking for someone who can capture the day naturally without making things feel too formal or staged. The day will look roughly like this: * Ceremony: A short, 20-minute elopement at Blues Point Reserve. * Afterwards: Around 3–4 hours on a yacht cruising around Sydney Harbour, celebrating with our closest people. Ideally, we’d love someone to capture both the ceremony and some candid moments on the yacht, but we’re flexible on timings and coverage. We’re not looking for a big, elaborate wedding photography package. We are looking for an experienced wedding coordinator/planner to assist us in the lead-up to, and on the day of, our wedding on Saturday, 7 November 2026. We have already organised most of our major vendors, so we are not looking for a full-service wedding planner. We need someone to help coordinate everything in the final weeks and take charge of the logistics on the day. Ideally, you will have strong communication skills and be comfortable taking ownership of the day and dealing directly with vendors. Budget: approx. $800-$1000, depending on experience and the level of lead-up assistance required.
