We’d like photos taken during the ceremony, followed by some couple photos at the beautiful Pyrmont pier. We’d also like to record the ceremony on a phone, so ideally the photographer could bring a tripod to set it up, or help us with video recording. We’re looking for friendly, outgoing and well-presented people to help create a fun and lively atmosphere at a small wedding reception in Sydney. This is not a waitstaff, bartending or cleaning role. The main role is simply to attend the reception, mingle naturally with guests, join conversations, participate in group photos, dance and help encourage other guests onto the dance floor. We are getting married at the Pyrmont registry on the 14th of November. We would like to get some photos before and during the ceremony. (3PM) There will be a total of 18 of us. We are thinking of getting some photos mainly within the vicinity of the registry but will also be having a lunch after in the rocks. The ceremony will take place at early afternoon in the Pyrmont with a small group of fewer than 10 guests. Following the ceremony, we'll be moving to a nearby venue, where around 50 people will join us for the celebration, running through to approximately 6:00pm. We're a pretty relaxed couple and that's reflected in what we're after from our photography. We're not looking for video coverage, and we'd prefer to keep formal group shots to a minimum — our preference is for natural, candid images that capture the feel of the day as it unfolds.
