We’re looking to have someone attend site to confirm that the waterproofing is still intact and in good condition for inside bathroom. Additionally, we’d like the affected sections (as highlighted) to be regrouted, as the existing grout has worn down. Our preference would be to use Hypoxy for the regrouting, and we’d also like the caulking to be redone where required.

I’m looking for a qualified and experienced waterproofing contractor to help resolve a waterproofing issue in the bathroom of my apartment in Abbotsford. The job apparently involves accessing and resealing a slab penetration beneath the laundry trough and performing key remediation works, but would appreciate an assessment to identify the most minimally invasive solution. Scope of Work: - Disconnect the laundry trough waste pipe - Remove the base of the trough to access the concrete slab penetration - Apply waterproofing to all exposed openings under the trough and any areas where tiles may be missing. - Conduct a secondary flood test to confirm the waterproofing integrity - Remove hair and debris from the shower drain. - Reconnect and reinstate the laundry trough pipework to original condition. Recently purchased second hand Miele Edition 1111 W5873 has a water leak and has triggered the protection alarm. Water is visible on the ground. This could be as simple as a hose and clamp that’s come loose during transit or another part. If this evening suits you that’s great, if not Friday Morning between 8 and 10:30 would be great too.
