I’m looking for a qualified and experienced waterproofing contractor to help resolve a waterproofing issue in the bathroom of my apartment in Abbotsford. The job apparently involves accessing and resealing a slab penetration beneath the laundry trough and performing key remediation works, but would appreciate an assessment to identify the most minimally invasive solution. Scope of Work: - Disconnect the laundry trough waste pipe - Remove the base of the trough to access the concrete slab penetration - Apply waterproofing to all exposed openings under the trough and any areas where tiles may be missing. - Conduct a secondary flood test to confirm the waterproofing integrity - Remove hair and debris from the shower drain. - Reconnect and reinstate the laundry trough pipework to original condition. Recently purchased second hand Miele Edition 1111 W5873 has a water leak and has triggered the protection alarm. Water is visible on the ground. This could be as simple as a hose and clamp that’s come loose during transit or another part. If this evening suits you that’s great, if not Friday Morning between 8 and 10:30 would be great too.

The shower leaks and has caused water damage to the floor on the other side of the wall. We need someone to waterproof so that we can then work on getting the mould damage repaired. I need the caulking replaced around the vanity/sink. I also need the old caulking removed from the shower and replaced around the perimeter. In addition, I need the shower screen seal replaced (it seems to be stuck in there with silicone at the moment) - available from Bunnings There is also caulking in the kitchen (between splash back and bench that needs to be replaced because I did a horribly messy job of it a few years ago! - Due date: Before Friday, 25 March 2022
