Samsung front loader won't lock door, dc error

Just moved house and struggling to connect the washing machine. When I screw it into the tap, it's leaking. Not sure if the leak is in the line or at the point of connection to the hose.

The door has broken off my washing machine and I think some pieces may have broken off. The door still fits and the machine still works but looking for a solution that means the door won't fall every time I open it
