My Kogan washing isn’t draining correctly. The error code E12 is showing. The machine is only 4 years old and in great condition so I want to try fix the problem rather than sell/get rid of it. The machine washing but then has issues draining, I think something might be stuck like a coin.

I moved house. The washing machine went into storage and was put into new apartment by removalists yesterday. The said to get an o ring clamp to connect outlet hose to pipe which I did today. But when I tried to run the machine, when emptying, water just coming out - I can't see where from. Hose may be damaged.
