My flooring has recently been replaced, and the tiles in the washing machine area were accidentally removed. I now need to reinstall tiles in that area, which is approximately 1 m². I already have the tiles (30 cm X 60cm, please see the pictures), but the rest of materials must be supplied. Water proofing must be included. I live in an apartment building, so the work must be carried out between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. I’m not sure about the cost, so I would appreciate receiving a quote.

I need to have my current wall mounted dryer and floor standing washing machine disconnected and removed. They are being replaced with the updated models of the same brand/dimensions. The dryer can be mounted into the existing position an may even slot straight into the existing wall bracket. The washing machine will need to be connected to the water/waste tubes/pipe. I would expect the existing fittings will be the same and can be re-used. The old units will need to be either taken away or can be put on the nature strip out the front.
