LG turbo drum. It washes then stops and doesn't spin. Theres an OE sign on the dash. It stops and then won't restart...it doesn't drain water and go to spin cycle

Washing machine stuck on drum clean, won’t let us open the door or put on another setting. Drum clean light flashing but not continuing a drum clean. Washing machine is a SOLT 6kg

Our washing machine is locked itself due the the drain needing to be pumped. We are unable to pull it out of its slot in the wall. We need help with this part and ideally someone who has experience draining washing machines correctly :)
