I have a Bosch 9kg Serie 6 Front Load Washing Machine (WAP28482AU) I am getting an E18 error message - drainage issue. I have tried to open the pump filter cap but can’t get it open. It seems like there is a blockage there that is preventing the cap from opening. Looking for someone that is an experienced technician and can help resolve this issue. Thanks!

LG turbo drum. It washes then stops and doesn't spin. Theres an OE sign on the dash. It stops and then won't restart...it doesn't drain water and go to spin cycle

Washing machine stuck on drum clean, won’t let us open the door or put on another setting. Drum clean light flashing but not continuing a drum clean. Washing machine is a SOLT 6kg
